National Shipping – Mainland Portugal

Shipping is free for orders worth more than €100.00 (+VAT)* .

For orders with a value equal to or less than €100.00 (+VAT), shipping will have a cost, depending on the logistics partner.

National Shipping – Azores and Madeira Islands

In cases of shipping to the islands, the shipping price will be calculated after order confirmation.

International Shipping
Shipments to Europe, weighing up to 2kg, will cost from €14.00.

* Note: For shipments weighing more than 2 kg, the shipping price will be calculated at the end of the order.

– The deadline for exchanging or returning items is 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods

– To make an exchange or return, you must present the original invoice, and the item must be delivered in the original packaging and in the same conditions in which it was sold.

– The return value will not include shipping costs.

Although returns/exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days for remote purchases (as described above), there are the following Legal Exclusions to the Right of Free Resolution:

– Supply of goods made according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
– Supply of goods that, by nature, cannot be resent or are likely to deteriorate or become quickly out of date;
– Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned, for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery;
– Supply of goods that, after delivery and by nature, are inseparably mixed with other products;
– Supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer programs, from which the consumer has removed the inviolability guarantee seal after delivery.
